How would I benefit from Private Yoga?
Jackie Corso's private sessions would benefit you if you:

  • have an injury, special need or disability that needs attention from the instructor. 
  • want a Yoga program specifically designed for you. 
  • want to start and then tailor your own Yoga program, but do not have the time for or interest in public classes. 
  • want a session where and when YOU would like rather than where and when one is offered. 
  • are a newcomer who may be shy about moving your body around others.​
